Aveti nevoie de seminte de dovleac decojite (250 gr), branza telemea de vaca sau capra(150-300gr) cum am folosit eu, iaurt sau smantana(450gr), ulei de masline, busuioc, chilli, oregano, piper,sare dupa gust.

Se macina in blender semintele de dovleac, branza se da pe razatoare.
Grind the pumpkin seeds in blender , grate the cheese .
Se amesteca toate ingredientele. Ulei de masline se adauga in jur de 3-4 linguri, depinde de cantiatea care o faceti. Condimentele dupa gust.
Mix all ingredients. Olive oil adds about 3-4 tablespoons, depending on quantity of sauce you make. Spices to taste.
Se serveste pe paine, cu paste sau cartofi copti.Pofta mare!
Serve on bread, pasta or baked potatoes. Have a good apetite!
