I recently tried to make a more exotic salad and it really turned out great.
It is very simple, delicious and healthy too.
Perfect for a breakfast or late dinner because it is low in calories.
So here is how you make it.
Chop a mango fruit, red onion, 2 tomatoes, one red pepper.
For the dressing, take a cup, pour some balsamic vinegar, olive oil, a tablespoon of honey, salt, pepper, basil and a bit o chilly.
Mix them together and pour on the salad. Add some parsley leaves and there you have it.
Have a good apetite!

E foarte simplu de facut, delicioasa si sanatoasa.
Perfect pentru un mic dejun sau o cina sanatoasa si saraca in calorii.
Se face in felul urmator.
Se taie un fruct de mango, o ceapa rosie, 2 rosii, un ardei rosu.
Pentru sos, se ia o cana in care se toarna putin otet balsamic,ulei de masline, o lingurita de miere, sare, piper, busuioc, si putin chilly.
Se amesteca si se toarna peste salata. Se adauga frunze de patrunjel.
