Monday Morning

 Monday again, and here I am presenting you a quick, healthy and delicious breakfast idea.

E din nou Luni , iar eu va prezint o idee sanatoasa, rapida si delicioasa de mic dejun.


Take a pita bread and warm it up a bit. Cut slices of tomatoes,chop a green or red onion, your choice, lettuce, goat cheese( or feta cheese) and I added some parsley leaves.

Luati o lipie si incalziti-o putin. Taiati felii de rosii, ceapa verde sau rosie, salata, branza de capra(sau feta), salata, iar eu am adaugat si putin patrunjel.
 For the sauce, take some(4-5 spoons) youghurt(or sour cream), 1 garlic clove, 1 pickled cucumber. Smash the garlic and cut the cucumber into small bits. Add the youghurt a bit of salt and sugar to taste. I also added some chilly and basil.

Pentru sos, luati putin iaurt(4-5 linguri)(sau smantana), un catel de usturoi, un castravete murat. Zdorbiti usturoiul, taiat cubulete mici castravetele si adaugati iaurtul. Sare si zahar dupa gust. Eu am adaugat chilly si busuioc.


 You spread the sauce  in the middle of the bread, add ketchup if you want. and start adding all the ingredients that you prepared, layering each on top of the other.

Puneti intai sosul facut, puteti adauga ketchup daca va place, iar apoi incepeti sa puneti unul peste altul fiecare ingredient pregatit.








 After you added all of the ingredients, roll it up and pin it with toothpicks so that it stays in place. Have a good apetite!

Dupa ce ati pus toate ingredientele, rulati cu grija si folositi scobitori pentru a impiedica desfacerea lipiei.
